What you will need:

* License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
* Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred
* Skills: N/A

What you will do:

* Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
* Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
* Would assume direct patient care if necessary
* Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
* Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
* Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
* Takes lead on clinical performance management
