Como Cristiano es probable que usted elabore su propio plan de compartir su fe con los demás. Muchos Cristianos utilizan “evangelismo de amistad” como su manera de compartir las Buenas Noticias de Jesús, mientras que otros pueden utilizar un website tal como esto para compartir las demandas de Cristo. Hay tantas maneras de compartir la fe como hay gente. Ninguna de ellas es incorrecta. Sin embargo Cuál es incorrecto es nunca compartir su fe del todo.

Como hemos visto en este website, Jesús, Èl Comandante de los Cristianos, mandó sus seguidores en Mateo 28 que compartieren su fe con los demás. El énfasis de Cristo estaba no en el método de compartir sino en el mensaje que se compartirá. Para el Cristiano entonces, compartir la fe no es una cuestión de opción sino una cuestión de obediencia.

Eso da a los creyentes la libertad para personalizar su método de compartir la fe. Un método que ha trabajado bien es el uso de las cartas escritas por adelantado y dadas cuando tenemos “encuentros por casualidad.” Si los recursos permiten, un libro maravilloso, El Camino Biblico, que podriamos regalar: Le animamos que utilice la carta siguiente como un ejemplo para ayudarle a compartir su fe con los demás:

Quisiera que usted tuviera el libro, El Camino Biblico. Es un comentario devocionante que le ayuda a entender en lenguaje común qué Dios quire que una persona aprendiera de la Biblia. En la Biblia Dios revela progresivamente Su historia. Como usted puede saber ya, comienza en un libro de la Biblia llamado Génesis y continúa a su extremo en un libro llamado Apocalipsis. El Camino Biblico es un libro devocionante de no denominacion escrito para unir a todos los creyentes.

A medida que su letra continúa, usted debe substituir su testimonio personal. Si la persona tiene e-mail (correo electrónico), tal vez deseará mandar su carta por email a él o a ella después de darle el libro El Camino Biblico. En su carta, su testimonio debe explicar cómo una persona es salva, ejemplo:

Ahora venimos a lo esencial de su carta destacada por la oferta del libro devocionante, El Camino Biblico. Este libro se debe ofrecer sin obligación, si es posible. Usted puede desear continuar su carta como sigue:

Acepte por favor este comentario devocionante, El Camino Biblico, sin obligación. Encontrará de que los 12 meses próximos serán un año de recompensa de su vida al leer la Biblia entera de Génesis a Apocalipsis. Hay una creencia descuidada, o aún peor, una profesión vacía de fe. “La creencia fácil” está muy extendida a hoy. Muchos que profesan creer realmente no entienden lo que creen. Una fe superficial es a menudo igual a no creer que da lugar al comportamiento que guia totalmente a eterna perdicion al perdido.

¡Pero Dios no nos deja solos! Jesucristo, Él Dios-Hombre, llega a ser una parte real de su vida por medio de la fe. La fe es confiar en Cristo solamente un acto de obediencia; un acto que deja que uno tome sobre si la rectitud o naturaleza perfecta de Cristo. Es la fe que llena este vacío de pecado, un vacío que separa a cada no creyente de Dios. La fe conduce al arrepentimiento, que da lugar a un cambio de comportamiento pecaminoso del pasado.

Toda la gente que confía en Cristo como su Señor y Salvador necesitan saber que su Creador a revelado en la Biblia un deseo, que cumplan tres responsabilidades importantes dentro de su curso de la vida:

• Que el o ella puedan saber que Dios espera y cómo ser preparados para la eternidad.

• Que el esté preparado completamente para hacer frente al futuro con confianza.

• Que puedan conocer al único Dios verdadero, que se expresa en tres personas: Él Padre, Él Hijo, y Él Espíritu Santo. El resto de los dioses son falsas, falsificaciones sin vida que no pueden salvar a nadie de un infierno eterno. Estos dioses no pueden prover sus necesidades, protegerle contra sus enemigos, o contestar sus oraciones.

Porque hay un solo Dios, y un solo mediador entre Dios y los hombres, Jesucristo hombre. (1 Timoteo 2:5)

Ahora cierre su carta con su firma y su dirección. Si usted elige no incluir su nombre y dirección y su Iglesia apoya lo que hace, entonces con el permiso de su Iglesia, utilice el nombre de su Iglesia y su dirección. Everyone Needs to Know

As a Christian, you will probably develop your own approach to sharing your faith with others. Many Christians use “friendship evangelism” as their way to share the Good News of Jesus, while others may use a website such as this to share the claims of Christ. There are as many ways of sharing faith as there are people. None of them are wrong. What is wrong, however, is never sharing your faith at all.

As we have seen in this website, Jesus, the Christian’s Commander, ordered His followers in Matthew 28 to share their faith in Him with others. Christ’s emphasis was not on the method of sharing but on the message to be shared. For the Christian then, sharing faith is not a matter of choice but a matter of obedience.

That gives believers the freedom to personalize their method of sharing faith. One method that has worked well is the use of letters written in advance and given to those who are “chance encounters.” If resources permit, a wonderful book, “The Best of Bible Pathway” could also be given. You are encouraged to use the following letter as an example to help you share your faith with others:

I would like you to have the book, The Best of Bible Pathway. It’s a devotional commentary that helps one understand in common language what God wants a person to learn from the Bible. In the Bible God progressively unfolds His story. As you may already know, it begins in a Bible book called Genesis and continues to its end in a book called Revelation. The Best of Bible Pathway is a non-denominational devotional book written to unite all believers.

As your letter continues, you may want to substitute your personal testimony. If the person has a web address, you may also want to e-mail your letter to him or her after giving them the Bible Pathway book. In your letter, your testimony should explain how one is saved, i.e.

Many years ago we made a discovery which changed our way of life. We had little understanding of God as our Creator. What we learned is that we’re accountable to God for the life He gave us. We learned that God requires every person who enters heaven to be perfect, as He is.

That led us to Jesus Christ, the God-Man, who became a real part of our life through faith. Faith, we learned, is trusting Christ alone as an act of obedience; an act which lets us take on the righteous or perfect nature of Christ. It is faith that bridges this gap of sin, a gap which separates every unbeliever from God.

Now we come to the heart of your letter highlighted by the offer of the devotional, The Best of Bible Pathway. This book should be offered without obligation, if possible. You may wish to continue your letter as follows:

Pity the one who is wasting the few short years of his or her life chasing these things, but fails to achieve the purpose of his Creator. Shallow faith is often unbelief which results in behavior that leaves the unbeliever totally and eternally lost.

But God does not leave us alone! Jesus Christ, the God-Man, becomes a real part of one’s life through faith. Faith is trusting Christ alone as an act of obedience; an act which lets one take on the righteous or perfect nature of Christ. It is faith that bridges this gap of sin, a gap which separates every unbeliever from God. Faith leads to repentance, which results in a change from past sinful behaviors.

All people who trust Christ as their Lord and Savior need to know that their Creator has revealed in the Bible a desire for them to fulfill three major responsibilities within their lifetime:

• That he or she may know what God expects and how to be prepared for eternity.

• That he be fully prepared to face the future with confidence.

• That he may know the one true God, who is expressed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. All other gods are false, lifeless counterfeits that can save no one from an everlasting hell. These false gods cannot provide for your needs, protect you from your enemies, or answer your prayers.

For there is one God, and one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5)

Now close your letter with your signature and a return address. If you choose not to include your name and address and your church supports what you’re doing, then with your Church’s permission, use the Church’s name and address.
